• To lay the groundwork for your project, you will start by submitting clear, detailed photos, video walk-throughs, and exact physical measurements of your target trouble zones. This allows us to map out the physical layout of your space before our live call.

Our Live Video Consultation

• We will meet over Zoom or FaceTime for an interactive, live session. Together, we will assess your daily lifestyle habits, uncover the structural bottlenecks causing the clutter, and walk you through real-time purging and editing decisions.

Your Custom Action Plan

• Following our live video session, we will send you a highly tailored, step-by-step blueprint. This custom guide features an optimized spatial plan, clear sorting instructions, and direct shopping links for the perfect bins, hooks, or containers curated specifically for your budget and style.

Independent Project Execution

• With your custom plan and products in hand, you take the reins! You will implement the new layout and systems independently—operating entirely on your own timeline, schedule, and preferred pace.

Accountability & Feedback Check-Ins

• You are never left to figure it out alone. Once your physical setup is complete, you will share updated photos with us, and we will host a final virtual session together to troubleshoot any tricky areas, refine your layouts, and anchor your new organizational habits for the long term.

• Note: Our virtual packages are booked in 4-hour minimum blocks to ensure we have dedicated, high-impact time to thoroughly assess, design, and guide your transformation. You will not need to be on a video call with us for the entire 4 hours; this block is divided between our live collaborative FaceTime/Zoom sessions and our behind-the-scenes work sourcing your bins, containers, and building your custom layout.

Please resist the urge to clean up before we arrive. Seeing how your home naturally functions during daily life is incredibly valuable, as it helps me pinpoint your true storage bottlenecks and spatial challenges.

Take a few moments to note what is currently working well in your home and what specific daily pain points cause the most frustration. This ensures our design strategy focuses directly on solving your biggest headaches.

Pause all product purchases

Please do not buy new bins or baskets yet; we will measure and source products after we sort and purge.

Gather basic supplies

Ensure you have trash bags, empty cardboard boxes for donations, and any basic cleaning supplies handy.

Complete laundry or prep work

If we are organizing a closet or bedroom, please ensure all clothing is washed and dried beforehand. If you would like me to take care of the laundry for you, I can absolutely do that, but please note that it will add extra time to our session.

Isolate sensitive items

Secure any private paperwork, medications, or high-value valuables you do not want handled during the session.

Because our model relies on interactive coaching where you physically execute the sorting and placement under our live guidance, it is difficult to provide an exact time-frame for your project. Your timeline depends entirely on your personal pacing and availability. However, we will always provide a realistic estimate after our initial consultation. If anything changes along the way, we will communicate immediately so we can adjust—whether you want to scale back the project scope to stay within a specific budget, or approve more hours to complete everything.

• Decision-Making Speed: How quickly and comfortably you can decide what to keep, donate, or discard during our editing phases.

• Volume & Density of Items: The total amount of clutter and the raw number of individual objects requiring your manual sorting and evaluation.

• Size and Layout: The physical dimensions, complexity, and structural flow of the rooms you are tackling.

• Condition of the Space: Extreme clutter or spaces requiring heavy prep work before organizing can physically begin will naturally extend the process.

• Product Sourcing Preferences: Whether we focus immediately on repurposing your existing bins or take time to curate new organizing products for you to purchase.
