We provide a calm, structured framework to guide you through the sorting process with complete peace of mind.
Downsizing to Stay: We carefully declutter and purge with you to restore luxury functionality and safety to your current residence.
Downsizing to Move: We manage the comprehensive pre-move sort, plus the unpacking and white-glove organization for your new home, leaving the heavy lifting to your moving company.

Organizing Products
Product costs (bins, dividers, hangers, etc.) are separate from service fees. Budget ranges are customized during your in-home consultation.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees, delivery surcharges, or courier costs incurred when ordering custom products or specialized materials for your space
Disposal & Donations
Additional fees apply for hauling away or donating items. Pricing depends on volume and weight; travel and drop-off time are billed at our standard hourly rate plus mileage (billed at the current standard IRS rate of 76¢ per mile).
Third-Party Vendors
Coordinator fees or direct costs for hiring external service providers such as junk removal haulers, shredding services, or professional cleaners.
Structural & Carpentry Work
We specialize in space optimization, sorting, and product implementation. We do not install structural built-ins, wall shelving, or perform carpentry work. If your project requires structural modifications, we are happy to coordinate with your preferred handyman or contractor.
Specialized & Hazardous Labor
Environments involving heavy lifting, structural navigation, or safety hazards (including hoarding, mold, or pest risks) require specialized labor and safety measures. Premium hourly rate adjustments or flat safety fees are finalized in writing during your initial consultation before work begins.
Unforeseen Conditions
If any hidden hazards or safety risks are discovered after work has already begun, we reserve the right to pause services. We will provide an immediate update, and any additional hazard fees or timeline changes must be approved in writing before work can resume.

FAQS
-
The Consultation & Discovery
We meet with you inside your space to understand your specific goals, pacing, and comfort levels. Together, we evaluate the layout of your home, identify your highest-priority zones, and map out a realistic project timeline. This initial meeting allows us to align completely on your vision, budget, and scope, ensuring you feel heard, supported, and ready for a fresh start.
Sorting, Purging & Gentle Rightsizing
We pre-sort your belongings into clear, manageable categories first to minimize decision fatigue. Once items are staged, we offer patient, respectful guidance as we work alongside you to decide what to keep, gift to relatives, donate, or consign. We make the editing process fast, focused, and entirely stress-free, ensuring you retain full control over your treasured items.
Space Planning, Layout Design & Sourcing
We map out a custom organizing plan and design a functional layout to optimize your room’s natural flow, light, and usability. From there, we carefully source and select the perfect storage tools, adaptive furniture, and organizing bins to maximize your specific square footage and visually elevate your environment.
Implementation, Unpacking & Spatial Integration
This is where your house truly transforms back into a peaceful home. We systematically integrate your items into the new, intuitive organization systems. We style your belongings beautifully, establish clear and sustainable everyday workflows, and remove all excess project debris so you can immediately step into a functional, clutter-free environment.
Final Touches & Reveal
We deliver your beautifully organized, fully set-up home and handle all the remaining post-project logistics for you. This includes managing any retail product returns, coordinating care of final donation drop-offs, and fine-tuning the space so you can step right in and comfortably enjoy your new, peaceful chapter.
Please Note: Our team specializes strictly in spatial organizing, cataloging, decluttering guidance, and on-site project direction. We are not a junk removal, heavy hauling, or structural remediation company. Clients are fully responsible for hiring independent junk disposal or deep-cleaning services if required, as well as providing all necessary access to the property.

Skip the Tidying
Please resist the urge to clean up before we arrive. Seeing how your home naturally functions during daily life is incredibly valuable, as it helps me pinpoint your true storage bottlenecks and spatial challenges.
Define Your Priorities
Take a few moments to note what is currently working well in your home and what specific daily pain points cause the most frustration. This ensures our design strategy focuses directly on solving your biggest headaches.
Pause all product purchases
Please do not buy new bins or baskets yet; we will measure and source products after we sort and purge.
Gather basic supplies
Ensure you have trash bags, empty cardboard boxes for donations, and any basic cleaning supplies handy.
Complete laundry or prep work
If we are organizing a closet or bedroom, please ensure all clothing is washed and dried beforehand. If you would like me to take care of the laundry for you, I can absolutely do that, but please note that it will add extra time to our session.
Isolate sensitive items
Secure any private paperwork, medications, or high-value valuables you do not want handled during the session.
Your Role During the Project
You do not need to be present while we work. However, we ask that you remain available via phone or text to make editing decisions. We will also conduct a final walkthrough together to ensure the new layout fits your needs perfectly.
-
Organization Timeline
It is difficult to provide an exact time-frame for organizing a space because every project depends on several unique variables. However, I will always provide a realistic estimate after our initial consultation. If anything changes along the way, I will let you know as soon as possible so we can figure out how to proceed—whether you want to stay within budget by adjusting the scope, or if you approve a larger budget to finish everything.
Key Factors That Affect the Timeline
Size and layout: The physical dimensions and structural flow of the room.
Volume of items: The total amount of clutter and density of objects requiring sorting.
Condition of the space: Extreme clutter that makes it hard to move around, or a need for basic cleaning, will add extra time.
Laundry and garment care: If we need to wash, dry, or fold clothing before sorting, it will extend the session duration.
Decision-making speed: How quickly you can comfortably decide what to keep, donate, or discard.
Product preferences: Whether we focus on repurposing your existing bins or sourcing new organizing products.
