Service Rates

• On-Demand Hourly Rate: $65 per hour, per assistant.

  • This standard rate applies to clients without a monthly package, or for any extra hours needed outside of an existing package.

  • Monthly Packages: Secure a recurring block of hours at a preferred, discounted rate to maximize your savings

Terms & Conditions

• Daily Minimum: 4-hour minimum booking per session, per assistant

• Short-Duration Tasks: Tasks under 4 hours (including shopping/errands) are billed at the standard 4-hour minimum per assistant.

• Daily Travel & Errand Fees: No fee for locations within a 15-mile radius (one-way). Any travel distance exceeding a 30-mile roundtrip is billed at $0.76/mile per assistant.

  • On-the-Job Errands: Active session driving is billed at our standard hourly assistant rate.

  • Errand Mileage: All miles accumulated during active on-the-job errands are billed at $0.76/mile.

• Direct Billing for Purchases: Clients are required to provide a primary credit card to be securely kept on file. This card will be used directly to pay for all household purchases, errands, third-party vendor fees, and activity bookings made on your behalf.

• Payment Terms: On-Demand billing invoices are issued at the end of each day of service and are due immediately upon receipt

• Credit Card Fee Policy: Payments made via credit card will be subject to a surcharge equal to our actual cost of processing. This fee applies only to credit card transactions; no surcharges are applied to payments made with debit or prepaid cards.

• Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 72 hours written notice via email for all cancellations.

  • Late Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations or schedule changes made with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a penalty fee equal to 50% of the total project estimate or the 4-hour minimum ($260), whichever is greater.

  • Note: We respect your time and commitment to transforming your space. In the rare event that we must reschedule your session, we promise to provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice, except in cases of sudden illness or unsafe winter driving conditions/canyon closures. If we must reschedule inside this window, you will receive priority booking for our next available date.

• The Foothills Package

  • 12 Hours/Month @ $62/hr — $744/month

• The Timberline Package

  • 24 Hours/Month @ $59/hr — $1,416/month

• The Alpine Package

  • 32 Hours/Month @ $56/hr — $1,792/month

• The Summit Package

  • 44+ Hours/Month @ $53/hr — Starts at $2,332/month

  • Errand Mileage: All miles accumulated during active on-the-job errands are billed at $0.76/mile.

• Booking Notice: To help us accommodate your preferred times, we request that hours be scheduled at least 7 days in advance. While we will always do our best to fit you in, same-day or urgent requests are subject to availability.

• Direct Billing for Purchases: Clients are required to provide a primary credit card to be securely kept on file. This card will be used directly to pay for all household purchases, errands, third-party vendor fees, and activity bookings made on your behalf.

• Payment Terms: Monthly billing payments are processed automatically in advance on the 25th of each month via credit card to secure your hours for the upcoming month.

• Credit Card Fee Policy: Payments made via credit card will be subject to a surcharge equal to our actual cost of processing. This fee applies only to credit card transactions; no surcharges are applied to payments made with debit or prepaid cards.

• Late / Failed Payments: If a payment fails on the 25th, a $35 late fee will be applied. Service will be paused if the balance is not cleared by the 1st of the month.

• Expirations: Unused monthly hours do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

• Additional Hours: Time worked beyond your selected package will be charged at the on-demand rate of $65 per hour.

• Cancellation Policy: We require 30 days' advance notice via email to cancel your monthly subscription or downgrade your package tier.

• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 30 days' notice will incur a penalty fee equal to 50% of your current monthly package price.
